Lolipants (“we”, “us”) provides a fashion design and ordering experience. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, auth identifiers.
- Design content: saved designs, text layers, images you upload for prints.
- Order data: delivery address, city, phone, notes, order status history.
- Device & app data: basic diagnostics needed to operate the service.
- Push notification identifiers: a OneSignal player/device id if you enable notifications.
Camera and photos
The app may request camera access for measurement estimation and to capture images for design uploads. You can deny permission and still use most features.
How we use data
- To create and manage your account.
- To save designs and fulfill orders with tailors and couriers.
- To send transactional updates (e.g., order status) if you opt in.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug reliability issues.
Payments
Payments are processed by a payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Sharing
We share data only as needed to provide the service (for example, with tailors/couriers for delivery fulfillment, and with infrastructure providers for hosting and messaging).
Retention
We keep data as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it where possible.
Your choices
- Access and update your profile information.
- Disable push notifications in your device settings.
- Request deletion of your account by contacting support.
